RepeatRewards offers you the option of creating a three-step campaign to bring back those members who haven't visited recently.

You determine the offers - we mail them automatically and even automatically track those members who returned in response to each mailing and suppress them from receiving any additional postcards.

For those who don't respond you have a choice to flag them that they have not responded, do nothing, or have them automatically deleted. You can then choose to no longer mail to those flagged from this process. If the flagged member shops/dines again in the future, the flag will automatically be removed and is eligible for future mailings.
