RepeatRewards lets you know:

• Who received the mailing
• Who brought in the mailing
• How much that person spent
• What that person purchased
• How much the mailing cost you and your return on investment for this mailing
• In addition we also offer a report to show you who received the mailing and shopped or dined and whether they redeemed the offer or not. This will help you see how well your mailing does even if the offer is not used but just reminds them to visit your location.

How mailings are tracked
Each postcard is assigned a code that allows us to track what a member or customer list person does with that mailing. By simply entering that code into your terminal or via the web, you have powerful access to determine the effectiveness of your mailing at your fingertips! RepeatRewards automatically does the reporting for you.

We also report an "indicator" analysis that shows a "soft" response. Because we track to whom you mailed postcards, we can analyze their spending behavior by comparing their transactional data to the active (unexpired) postcard logs.
