The best part is that members "opt-in" when they complete the enrollment profile making this a true "permission-based" program. RepeatRewards provides an e-mail template, where all you have to do is fill in your offer or message/announcement. We will insert your logo (if provided) and highlight the name of your store. RepeatRewards will automatically keep track of all members who might wish to "opt-out" of the program -- you don't even have to do a thing! If the e-mail has a bad address or has bounced back during multiple e-mailings, we will even remove the e-mail address for you.

We also offer the option of automatically including a tip or trivia item (another reason for them to open your message) and sending your member's current point balance in the e-mail text and how far they are from their next award!

Tracking
Our in-depth reporting will show you how many e-mails were sent out, delivered, who opened them and when, who opted-out, bad addresses, and if the e-mail has "bounced" back.
