Award Letter Parts

A: Your logo and business information are prominently displayed.

B & C: These two sections allow room to promote upcoming events, specials, business hours, or any other special promotion or announcement you choose. Both are completely within your control through your RepeatRewards Merchant Website.

D: This is the actual Award Certificate. Again it features your logo and business information, along with the member's name, member number, reward, expiration, unique certificate number, and any special terms and conditions for redemption.

E: Each letter, in addition to the general copy, features a summary of the member's activity to date, including their lifetime points, the points used to generate the certificate attached, and how many points they need to receive their next certificate (giving them another reason to stop in). Last but not least, you can even close your letter with your own signature adding that final personal touch to your members.

F: Bonus Day Box - Add another element of excitement by awarding double points on your slowest day of the week or month.
